FROM Reimagines SuperShuttle's Front Door 

This week SuperShuttle launched our new designs for their desktop and mobile homepage. 

Transportation is moving at a fast pace these days, and SuperShuttle is working with FROM to stay ahead of the pack.  As with most industries, the vast majority of travel research and bookings now take place online. SuperShuttle wanted to be sure they are offering a truly digital experience that provides ease of use and quality information for visitors looking to book transportation services to and from major airports around the country. Alex Sayyah, VP Sales, Marketing and Business Development summarized his satisfaction with our updates in a few short words:

SuperShuttle, a leader in airport shuttle services has faced the pressures of competition from the growing popularity of peer driven services such as Uber and Lyft.  In an effort to stay competitive SuperShuttle engaged FROM to review their user experience, site content, and entry to the booking flow with the goal to create a modern digital experience for both new and returning visitors. 

With many digital features including “connect with your driver”, and “see my ride on a map”, SuperShuttle has transformed from a simple airport walk up shuttle into a broader travel services and transportation company for all mobility needs including airport shuttles, group events, conferences, and more. With so many different offerings and services to provide, they wanted to be sure all users could easily access the information they need, understand the process and complete their online booking in advance.  FROM helped make that vision possible with an updated, informative homepage flow that guides the user through the right amount of information and provides them with the confidence needed to book their ride.
