His 24-year career includes key leadership roles in Capgemini, Infosys Consulting, and Ernst & Young Business Advisory Services. He also worked at IBM where he pioneered new interactive experiences that utilize advanced analytics to predict customer objectives and optimize digital journeys.

As the Chief Customer Officer and SVP for Strategic Accounts at Samsung SDS, he led digital transformation efforts including the creation of apps, interactive experiences, mobile processes, wearables, and AI models.
