With a strong track record in leading successful projects at major brands like NBCUniversal and American Residential Services, Jairo combines deep technical knowledge with a passion for using technology to empower businesses and individuals.

At NBCUniversal, Jairo led the tech design and deployment of a comprehensive employee portal, enhancing HR processes and employee accessibility through a centralized hub for HR-related data. At American Residential Services, he drove the development of a mobile application designed to optimize a key sales process, leveraging technologies like React Native and Azure Services.

Jairo’s expertise in applications architecture, development, cloud infrastructure, web servers, and database management, as well as his strong communication skills and keen eye for detail, makes him a highly effective leader who fosters collaboration and innovation while ensuring efficient project delivery.

Holding degrees in both psychology and IT management, Jairo understands the human element of technology and its impact on user experience, allowing him to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
