​Janet ​has been with FROM: Vision to Victory since 2009 and serves as the Vice President of Business Operations, overseeing everything from Human ​Resources to Finance to Insurance Management.

Before joining FROM, Janet worked as an estate planning attorney and spent a decade working for the State of New Jersey as the county jury manager and​ then as the county manager of Special Civil Part, Landlord-Tenant, and Small Claims Divisions.

Janet earned her JD and MBA at Rutgers University. Prior to attending graduate school, she worked as a product manager for a surgical device company.
