She serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Algoworks, FROM’s IT service arm, overseeing a team of 20+ HR professionals and playing a key role in the company's continued growth and success.

Sanjukta's leadership helped guide Algoworks through periods of growth and organizational change. She has implemented robust policies and structures to underpin successful expansion, developed employee-focused programs to enhance engagement and job satisfaction, and effectively managed transitions while fostering a collaborative environment. Her ability to balance organizational and employee needs has been crucial in developing fair and equitable human resources policies.
