Organized by leading CX software firm Sprinklr, the four-city roadshow made its third and fourth stops on November 1 in Atlanta and November 8 in San Francisco. In both events, Tiersky and the Forrester executives led roundtable discussions to talk about the key challenges facing contact center and marketing professionals as well as potential solutions they can employ.
