FROM Identifies Irresistible Products for Taunton Press
Taunton Press is a media company with five iconic magazines, an Emmy-nominated TV series, and a podcast with a reach of over 14 million people.
They wanted to create a series of digital solutions for their Fine Homebuilding community, so they asked FROM to help ideate and recommend new products that work best for their members.
FROM conducted deep ethnographic research, which involved observing serial home remodelers in the planning phase of their projects to understand the challenges they faced.
Based on the gathered data, FROM created multiple customer personas for the Fine Homebuilding community, built future-state journeys for each persona, and identified opportunities to introduce new digital tools.
These customer research insights helped Taunton Press prioritize a new set of product offerings that can net them more subscribers, engage their community, and significantly increase sales.
